Shipping policy

All digital items are delivered right after the purchase to your provided email address in the form of a jpeg, png or pdf download

Standard order the processing time right now due to COVID-19 is 10-15 business days. if you want your order to expedited please contact me before placing the order.we can go over the details.

Custom Order processing time may change due to the designing process

After Shipping transit time for domestic orders is 5-7 business days

after an item is shipped it’s out of our hands and control we cannot guarantee delivery time

For international orders, it might take up to 6 weeks or more depending on the location

As of right now, all Mugs have free domestic shipping (US)

The customer will be responsible for all the custom and import fees for international shipping.

we are not responsible for any delays due to customs

Note that we are not responsible for delays that occur during shipping. Unfortunately, no refunds will be given for delayed shipping once the item ships from us. The buyer will be responsible for double-checking their address as I will not pay for shipping an item back to you if it is returned to me for insufficient address; buyer will be charged shipping plus a small convenience fee if an item is returned to me due to insufficient address. If an item appears to be delayed by USPS, the buyer is responsible for contacting USPS. Int'l buyers are responsible for customs fees.

Shipment states ‘delivered’ but you have not received it. We ask that you allow up to 5 working days for your parcel to be delivered. Sometimes the courier prematurely marks it as delivered and tries a redelivery, it turns up in a secure location at your property or it may be at your neighbors
